文化产业集聚缓解地区资源错配的空间效应研究——基于外部性理论的经验分析

摘　　要：在推动我国经济发展提质增效升级的语境下,立足于新经济地理学的外部性理论,通过动态空间杜宾模型检验了文化产业集聚缓解地区资源错配的具体机制与空间效应。研究结果表明:(1)文化产业专业化集聚可以通过加强沿产业链上下游的纵向分工来缓解地区资源错配,但却因“虹吸效应”加剧了邻近地区的资源错配;(2)文化产业多样化集聚可以通过激发差异性知识流动与共享来缓解地区资源错配,并通过跨地区的社会关系网络对邻近地区产生有效的空间溢出。从影响效果来看,多样化集聚效应已成为文化产业集聚缓解地区资源错配的主要机制;(3)文化产业竞争性集聚加剧了地区资源错配,但却通过刺激企业外迁的形式意外地缓解了邻近地区的资源错配;(4)进一步分析发现,文化产业竞争性集聚对地区资源错配的影响效果可能存在门槛效应。基于此,提出优化文化产业集聚效应的相关建议。In the context of promoting the quality and efficiency of China’s economic development,based on the externalities theory of New Economic Geography,this research uses the dynamic spatial Durbin model to test the specific mechanism and spatial effect of cultural industries agglomeration alleviating regional resource misallocation.The research results indicate that:(1)The specialized agglomeration of cultural industries can alleviate regional resource misallocation by strengthening the vertical division of labor along the industrial chain,but it aggravates the resource misallocation in neighboring areas due to the siphon effect.(2)The diversified agglomeration of cultural industries,which has been the main mechanism to alleviate regional resource misallocation in terms of influence effect,can alleviate it by stimulating the flow and sharing of differentiated knowledge,and generate spatial spillovers to neighboring regions through cross-regional social network.(3)The competitive agglomeration of cultural industries exacerbates regional resource misallocation,but it has unexpectedly alleviated resource misallocation in neighboring areas by stimulating the relocation of enterprises.(4)Further analysis found that there is a threshold effect on the impact of competitive agglomeration of cultural industries on regional resource misallocation.Based on these,the research provides suggestions for promoting the diversified agglomeration of cultural industries.
