浙江省有临时性行为大学生网络交友的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解浙江省有临时性行为大学生网络交友寻找性伴侣的影响因素,为高校大学生艾滋病防控提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,于2018年对浙江省11个市的13所高校的31 674名大学生进行调查,选取455名自述最近1年有临时性行为并告知临时性伴来源的大学生作为研究对象。使用自制的网络调查问卷,包括一般人口学特征、性态度、性行为特征、接受检测干预情况、HIV风险感知、网络交友、安全套使用信心等信息。采用logistic回归方法分析有临时性行为大学生网络交友寻找性伴侣的影响因素。结果 455名研究对象中通过网络交友获得临时性伴的有193人,占42.42%,平均年龄(20.15±1.57)岁。多因素分析显示,年龄为20~21岁组(OR=1.70,95%CI:1.00~2.89)、想知道对方是否感染了艾滋病(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.13~2.97)、最近1年发生过商业性行为(OR=2.74,95%CI:1.49~5.03)、自认为有感染艾滋病风险(OR=2.83,95%CI:1.38~5.82)的大学生临时性伴更可能来自互联网交友;发生临时性行为时坚持每次使用(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.14~0.58)、有时/经常使用(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.24~0.89)安全套的大学生临时性伴更可能来自非网络交友。结论 网络交友是大学生寻找临时性伴侣的主要途径。建议加强互联网社交平台对大学生艾滋病健康促进作用,强调发生高危性行为后及时接受HIV检测,促进知情交友,降低HIV传播风险。Objective To understand the influencing factors of online dating for seeking sexual partners among college students with casual sexual behavior in Zhejiang Province,providing a basis for HIV prevention and control among college students.Methods A random sampling method was employed to survey 31674 college students from 13 universities across 11 cities in Zhejiang Province in 2018.A total of 455 students who reported engaging in casual sexual behavior in the past year and dis-closed the source of their casual partners were selected as the study subjects.A self-developed online questionnaire was used to collect data on general demographic characteristics,sexual attitudes,sexual behavior characteristics,acceptance of testing interventions,HIV risk perception,confidence in condom use,and other relevant information.Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors of online dating for casual sexual partners among college students.Results Among the 455 study subjects,193(42.42%)obtained casual partners through online dating,with an average age of 20.15 years(±1.57).Multivariate analysis indicated that students aged 20 to 21 were more likely to engage in online dating for casual partners compared to those aged≤19(OR=1.70,95%CI:1.00-2.89).Factors such as wanting to know if the partner was infected with HIV(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.13-2.97),having engaged in commercial sex in the past year(OR=2.74,95%CI:1.49-5.03),and per-ceiving a personal risk of HIV infection(OR=2.83,95%CI:1.38-5.82)were associated with a higher likelihood of finding casual partners online.Conversely,consistently using condoms during casual encounters(OR=0.28,95%Cl:0.14-0.58)and using them sometimes/often(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.24-0.89)were linked to a lower likelihood of finding partners through online dating.Conclusion Online dating is a primary method for college students to seek casual partners.It is recommended to enhance the role of internet social platforms in promoting HIV health among students,emphasize timely HIV testing after
