摘　　要：在新一轮科技革命与产业变革的时代浪潮中,创新型人才培养需求不断提升,我国高等教育内涵式发展进入新时代。“新质生产力”概念的提出,为我国推动高质量发展提供全新的理论依据和实践路径,也使得课程思政的思想内涵与价值引领得以丰富和深化,有助于提高教育教学和人才培养质量。以大数据、云计算和移动互联技术为依托,将新质生产力理论和内涵渗透到课程思政的新模式,更有助于深入挖掘课程思政建设的张力。中央财经大学社会与心理学院开创的“红砖工场”创新人才综合培养模式,对数智时代新质生产力理论与专业课思政教育的融合进行探索,构建新时代高校课程思政领域发展新质生产力,创新实现全员全程全方位育人的长效机制。In the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the demand for training innovative talents continues to increase,and the connotative development of my country's higher education has entered a new era.The proposal of the concept of"new qualityproductivity"provides a new theoretical basis and practical path for my country to promote high-quality development.It also enriches and deepens the ideological connotation and value guidance of the ideological and political courses,and helps to improve education,teaching and talent training quality.Relying on big data,cloud computing and mobile Internet technology,the new model of integrating new qualityproductivity theory and connotation into curriculum ideological and political education will help to deeply explore the tension of curriculum ideological and political construction.The"Red Brick Factory"comprehensive training model for innovative talents pioneered by the School of Sociology and Psychology of Central University of Finance and Economics explores the integration of new quality productive forces theory in the digital intelligence era and ideological and political education in professional courses,and builds a new era for the development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.New quality productivity,innovation and long-term mechanism to realize all-round education for all employees.
