新时代高校党组织发挥服务育人功能的实践探索——以高校学院为例

摘　　要：党的二十大报告全面部署加快建设高质量教育体系,面对新时代新要求,高校基层党组织在发挥育人功能上不断拓展和延伸,围绕全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人调动师生的主体作用。面对新时代大学生的新特点,把握学生成长规律,探索互动互助式服务育人模式,提高服务工作的科学化、精细化水平。通过“党委-党支部-党员”三级联动,构建服务育人体系,开展有质量、有温度的服务,提升育人实效。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has comprehensively arranged the acceleration on the construction of a high-quality education system.Focused on the new requirements of the new era,grass-root Party organizations in universities are constantly expanding and extending their educational functions,and mobilizing the principal role of teachers and students around full staff education,full process education,and all-round education.Facing the new characteristics of college students in the new era,we should grasp the growth law of students,explore the service education mode with interaction and cooperation so as to improve the level of management with scientification and refinement.Through the three-level linkage of"Party Committee-Party Branch-Party Member",it is aimed to build a service cultivation system,develop the high-quality and warm services,and improve the effectiveness of education.
