摘　　要：高血压是全球性公共卫生问题,近年来强化降压目标备受关注。多项研究表明,将血压严格控制至更低水平可显著降低心脑血管事件和死亡风险。国际和国内指南逐渐认可强化降压策略。中国农村高血压控制项目(CRHCP)进一步证实了强化降压在全人群中的有效性和安全性。文章介绍了国内外关于强化降压的相关研究以及国内的相关实践结果。Hypertension is a global public health issue,and intensive blood pressure targets have gained significant attention in recent years.Numerous studies have indicated that strictly controlling blood pressure to lower levels can significantly reduce cardiovascular events and mortality.Both international and domestic guidelines have gradually recognized intensive hypertension control strategies.The China Rural Hypertension Control Project(CRHCP)has further confirmed the effectiveness and safety of intensive blood pressure control in the general population.The article introduces relevant research on intensive blood pressure reduction both domestically and internationally,as well as relevant practical results in China.
