医院集中供汽式供应室降低蒸汽能耗的实践研究

摘　　要：以南昌大学第一附属医院为例,对综合医院集中供汽式供应室蒸汽能耗进行实践研究,定量分析灭菌锅次、供应时间与天然气用量的关系,定性分析疏水设施对天然气用量的影响,得出了易于获取的评价指标,建立了供应室蒸汽能耗的动态评价控制体系并进行实践,取得了较好的节能效果。Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University as an example,a practical study was conducted on the energy consumption of steam in the centralized steam supply room of a comprehensive hospital.The relationship between sterilization pot times and supply time,and natural gas consumption was quantitatively analyzed,and the impact of drainage facilities on natural gas consumption was qualitatively analyzed.Then an easily accessible evaluation index was obtained,and dynamic evaluation and control system for steam energy consumption in the supply room was established and put into practice,which have achieved good energy-saving effects.
