洪拳的历史演变轨迹、文化生态与技术特征研究

摘　　要：洪拳植根于岭南文化“兼容并蓄,务实创新”的土壤之中,彰显传统南拳“劲道浑厚、气势夺人”的风格特点,蕴含着“天地交泰、阴阳和合”的传世价值。文章运用文献资料法、历史分析法、专家访谈法,对洪拳的历史发展、文化生态与技术特征的变迁过程进行系统分析与阐释,旨在推动洪拳在新时代新征程的创造性转化与创新性发展。研究认为:洪拳的历史演变轨迹实际上是一种融合和创新不断交织的谱系传承,其繁荣发展源自得天独厚的自然地理资源、开放包容的社会文化环境与稳定繁荣的政治经济条件,其技术特征追求实战化的技击表达,高度强调身体训练、气息运转与意识引导。洪拳的发展要把握历史主动,寻求发展机遇,培育创新动能。Hong Quan is rooted in the soil of Lingnan culture,which is"inclusive and pragmatic and innovative",highlighting the style characteristics of traditional southern boxing as"vigorous and powerful with an imposing manner",and containing the handed-down value of"harmony between heaven and earth and the combination of yin and yang".By using methods such as literature review,historical analysis,and expert interviews,this paper conducts a systematic analysis and interpretation of the changing process of the history,environment,and technical characteristics of Hong Quan,aiming to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Hong Quan in the new era and on the new journey.The research holds that the historical evolution trajectory of Hong Quan is actually a kind of"genealogical inheritance"in which integration and innovation are constantly intertwined.Its prosperity and development originate from the unique natural geographical resources,the open and inclusive social and cultural environment,and the stable and prosperous political and economic conditions.Its technical characteristics pursue the"practical"expression of combat skills and highly emphasize physical training,breath circulation,and consciousness guidance.In the future,the development of Hong Quan should seize historical opportunities,open up development fields,and cultivate innovative driving forces.
