摘 要:文章从历史的深处走来,简要梳理了民族传统体育构成的主要特征,从特征中查找其文化内涵和资源,由此探究其教育元素,以便发挥教育价值的最大化,并为新时期高校课程思政融合注入新动能。研究从三个方面展开并认为:(1)民族传统体育特征中的教育元素包括“四性”,即民族性、地域性、传统性、时代性,以及相应的文化意义与教育元素;(2)民族传统体育课程体系中的教育内涵,从立德树人出发,构建“板块式”的教材新体系,大中小学联动,拓展多元化的发展目标,即身心目标、社会目标、生活目标、道德目标,追求教育的综合效果和长远效益;(3)民族传统体育课程实施中的教育价值主要体现在民族精神、武德修养、审美情趣上。From the depths of history,this paper briefly sorts out the main characteristics of the composition of"national traditional sports",and finds its cultural connotation and resources from the characteristics,so as to explore its educational elements,so as to maximize the educational value and inject new momentum into the integration of"curriculum ideology and politics"in colleges and universities in the new era.The research is carried out from three aspects and holds that:(1)The educational elements in the main characteristics of national traditional sports include"four characteristics",that is,nationality,regionalism,tradition,time,and the corresponding cultural significance and educational elements;(2)the education connotation of the national traditional physical education curriculum system,starting from"moral cultivation",the construction of a"block-type"teaching material system,the linkage of universities and primary and secondary schools,and the expansion of diversified development goals.Namely physical and mental goals,social goals,life goals,moral goals.Pursue the comprehensive effect and long-term benefit of education.(3)The educational value in the implementation of the national traditional physical education curriculum is mainly reflected in the national spirit,martial ethics and aesthetic taste.
