健身气功·八段锦的软实力价值及其传播路径研究

摘　　要：民族传统体育文化是提升国家软实力的重要组成部分,健身气功·八段锦作为中国传统健身功法,具有丰富的文化内涵和健康益处,受到国际上的广泛关注。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法研究健身气功·八段锦的软实力价值及其传播路径,通过多角度的探讨健身气功·八段锦对国际文化软实力的影响,发现健身气功·八段锦的软实力价值体现在:(1)弘扬中华优秀传统文化,增强文化自信和民族自信;(2)强身健体、愉悦身心,提高人们健康水平和生活质量;(3)具有较好的社交功能,有助于增进国际的理解和友谊。传播途径主要有:(1)民间传统体育活动的开展;(2)新媒体网络的利用;(3)校企联合,教育与培训项目的开展;(4)国际性比赛的组织与展览;(5)搭建文化交流传播平台等。National traditional sports culture is an important part of enhancing the country's soft power,and Baduanjin,as a traditional Chinese fitness exercise,has rich cultural connotation and health benefits,and has also attracted extensive attention in the world.This paper uses literature method,logical analysis method and other research methods to study the soft power value of fitness Qigong Baduanjin and its transmission path,and explores the influence of fitness Qigong Baduanjin on the soft power of international culture from multiple perspectives,and finds that the soft power value of fitness Qigong Baduanjin is reflected in:(1)promoting traditional Chinese culture and enhancing cultural and national self-confidence;(2)Strengthen the body,enjoy the body and mind,and improve people's health and quality of life;(3)It has a good social function,which helps to enhance international understanding and friendship.The main transmission channels are:(1)traditional folk activities;(2)new media networks;(3)Schoolenterprise cooperation,education and training projects;(4)Organization and exhibition of international competitions;(5)The construction of cultural exchange and communication platforms.
