摘　　要：研究目的:探析推拿功法易筋经中所蕴含的中医平衡观。研究方法:文章通过文献资料分析法,了解推拿功法易筋经十二势的具体动作、特点及习练功用,并对每一势动作加以分析。研究结果:易筋经动作能体现协调阴阳平衡、协调脏腑平衡、协调经络平衡等。研究结论:易筋经功法协调平衡特点充分体现了中医平衡观思想。Objective:To explore the balance view of traditional Chinese medicine contained in Yijinjing of massage.Methods:Through the analysis of literature,the specific movements,characteristics and practice functions of the twelve tendencies of Yijinjing of massage were understood,and each tendency was analyzed.Results:The movement of Yijinjing can reflect the balance of Yin and Yang,the balance of viscera and the balance of channels and collaterals.Conclusion:The harmonious and balanced characteristics of Yijinjing exercise fully embody the balanced view of traditional Chinese medicine.
