摘　　要：文章以湖南省15家高校图书馆为调研对象,从职业素养、阅读素养、知识素养、阅读推广专业素养、活动组织素养和读者服务素养6个维度调研高校图书馆阅读推广人素养水平,分析其存在的不足,并提出高校图书馆阅读推广人培育策略,即完善培训制度,丰富培训内容;树立终身学习理念,拓展理论知识结构;开展实践训练,提升专业素养;完善考核制度,实施双重激励。Taking 15 university libraries in Hunan Province as research subjects,this article investigates the literacy level of reading promoters in university libraries from six dimensions:professional literacy,reading literacy,knowledge literacy,reading promotion professional literacy,activity organization literacy and reader service literacy.It analyzes the existing shortcomings and proposes strategies for cultivating reading promoters in university libraries,namely improving training systems and enriching training content;establishing the concept of lifelong learning and expanding the theoretical knowledge structure;carrying out practical training to enhance professional competence;improving the assessment system and implementing dual incentives.
