摘  要:无功补偿发生器(Static Var Generator, SVG)是目前被电力领域广泛使用的无功补偿设备,为了保证SVG无功补偿发生器的可靠运行,优良的散热系统是SV6无功补偿发生器生产设计过程中的重要因素。在当前散热控制器设计中,强迫风冷参数的计算较为复杂,模块的温度、散热器和风机之间相互耦合影响,导致散热风扇智能控制效果差。设计一种针对SVG箱的散热自动控制器。首先,分析三相H桥级联SVG结构,得到SVG输出无功值。基于SVG输出无功值结果,计算其散热功率。基于这一散热功率的计算结果,设计了相应的控制算法。并采用变频调速的方式来传动冷却风扇,可以实现精确的风扇转速调节,并根据实际散热需求进行调整。利用可编程控制器(PLC)与变频器的组合,设计了一个无静差调速的控制策略。通过PLC控制风扇的转速和启停次数,并基于现场情况进行判断,实现自动化控制并降低能耗。实验结果表明:所提方法的温度控制效果与理想温度贴合性较高,温度波动变化小,且能耗始终低于100 kJ,响应时间始终低于1 s。说明所提方法能够为SVG箱内散热提供有效帮助。Static Var Generator(SVG)is a widely used reactive power compensation device in the power industry.In order to ensure the reliable operation of SVG reactive power compensation generator,an excellent heat dissipation system is an important factor in the production and design process of SV6 reactive power compensation generator.In the current design of heat dissipation controllers,the calculation of forced air cooling parameters is relatively complex,and the coupling effect between module temperature,radiator,and fan leads to poor intelligent control effect of heat dissipation fans.Design an automatic heat dissipation controller for SVG boxes.Firstly,analyze the three-phase H-bridge cascaded SVG structure to obtain the SVG output reactive power value.Calculate the heat dissipation power based on the SVG output reactive power value results.Based on the calculation results of this heat dissipation power,corresponding control algorithms have been designed.And using frequency conversion speed regulation to drive the cooling fan can achieve precise fan speed adjustment and adjust according to actual heat dissipation needs.A control strategy for zero static error speed regulation was designed using a combination of programmable logic controller(PLC)and frequency converter.By controlling the speed and start stop times of the fan through PLC and making judgments based on on-site conditions,automatic control is achieved and energy consumption is reduced.The experimental results show that the temperature control effect of the proposed method is highly compatible with the ideal temperature,with small temperature fluctuations,energy consumption consistently below 100 kJ,and response time consistently below 1 s.Explain that the proposed method can provide effective assistance for heat dissipation in the SVG box.
