摘　　要：为了满足工业现场的高速发展及其现场设备对智能化功能的需求,设计了一款智能压力变送器。首先从软件和硬件两个方面对智能压力变送器进行了分析与设计,然后根据实际现场需求,开发与实现了导压管堵塞检测、接液温度测算、瞬态微压波动抑制、带时间戳的事件记录、过程变量异常捕捉和记录等智能化功能,从而增强现场设备和工厂操作的便捷性、安全性、可靠性。In order to meet the rapid development of industrial sites and the demand for intelligent functions from on-site equipment,a new type of intelligent pressure transmitter has been designed.Firstly,the design of intelligent pressure transmitters was analyzed and designed from both software and hardware aspects.Then,based on actual on-site requirements,intelligent functions such as pressure pipe blockage detection,liquid temperature measurement,transient micro pressure fluctuation suppression,event recording with time stamps,process variable anomaly capture and recording were developed and implemented,thereby enhancing the convenience,safety,and reliability of on-site equipment and factory operation and operation management.
