摘  要:电子式交流电能表运行中,会产生大量数据噪声,以决策树为基础的误差估计过程中,阈值设定范围过大,对误差估计结果产生不利影响,为了有效解决这一问题,提出了基于改进决策树的电子式交流电能表运行误差估计方法。将全部电子式交流电能表运行数据按照日期排列为二维数据集,并进行归一化处理构建二维矩阵。利用二维矩阵结合二维小波阈值去噪方法,对数据进行去噪处理。通过改进决策树算法,结合粗糙集理论根据最小粗糙度阈值进行属性约简,构建和训练改进的决策树模型。将去噪处理后的运行数据输入已训练好的改进决策树模型中,根据模型对粗糙度属性的判断,获得电子式交流电能表的运行误差估计值。实验结果表明,所提方法能够高效且准确地估计电子式交流电能表的运行误差,误差估计结果具备可靠性。During the operation of electronic AC energy meters,a large amount of data noise is generated.In the error estimation process based on decision trees,the threshold setting range is too large,which has a negative impact on the error estimation results.In order to effectively solve this problem,an improved decision tree based error estimation method for electronic AC energy meters is proposed.Arrange the operational data of all electronic AC energy meters into a two-dimensional dataset by date,and normalize it to construct a two-dimensional matrix.Use a two-dimensional matrix combined with a two-dimensional wavelet threshold denoising method to denoise the data.By improving the decision tree algorithm and combining rough set theory with minimum roughness threshold for attribute reduction,an improved decision tree model is constructed and trained.Input the denoised operating data into the trained improved decision tree model,and obtain the estimated operating error value of the electronic AC energy meter based on the model’s judgment of roughness attributes.The experimental results show that the proposed method can efficiently and accurately estimate the operating error of electronic AC energy meters,and the error estimation results are reliable.
