摘  要:非接触劣化绝缘子的检测需要准确的含劣化绝缘子电场特性作为理论依据。因此,建立了三维的劣化绝缘子串空间电场仿真计算模型,研究了计及多影响因素的输电线路劣化绝缘子空间电场特性,定义并分析了不同工况下的电场变化率。研究发现:检测距离为100 mm检测距离相同的情况下,110 kV、220 kV、500 kV线路中劣化绝缘子处的电场变化率均在15%以上,这表明电压等级对劣化绝缘子检测无影响;在相同的检测距离下有一致的检测效果,且在各电压等级线路中均可采用基于空间电场分布的方式进行劣化绝缘子检测。与电压等级类似,复合劣化绝缘子的检测亦不受串型(双联串、耐张串和V型串)的影响。研究结果阐明了依托空间电场的非接触式检测方法的使用范围,为利用无人机装载电场探测装置进行劣化绝缘子检测提供了理论依据。The detection of non-contact deteriorated insulators requires accurate electric field characteristics of deteriorated insulators as the theoretical basis.Therefore,this paper establishes a three-dimensional spatial electric field simulation calculation model for deteriorated insulator strings,studies the spatial electric field characteristics of deteriorated insulators of transmission lines considering multiple influencing factors,and defines and analyzes the electric field change rate under different working conditions.It is found that when the detection distance is 100 mm and the detection distance is the same,the change rate of electric field at the deteriorated insulators in 110 kV,220 kV and 500 kV lines is more than 15%,which indicates that the voltage level has no effect on the detection of deteriorated insulators;Under the same detection distance,there is a consistent detection effect,and the method based on spatial electric field distribution can be used to detect the deteriorated insulator in lines of all voltage levels.Similar to the voltage level,the detection of composite deteriorated insulators is not affected by the string type(double string,tension string and V-string).The research results of this paper illustrate the application scope of non-contact detection method relying on space electric field,and provide a theoretical basis for the use of UAV loading electric field detection device to detect deteriorated insulators.
