摘　　要：随着各种数字技术的蓬勃发展,很多企业都着手实施自身的数字化转型,以适应时代的变革,设计一种企业信息化规划下数字化转型平台,帮助企业进行企业信息化规划,实现数字化转型。平台由企业信息化规划模块、数字化转型战略制定模块、数据采集与预处理模块构成。在企业信息化规划模块中,基于DKAOS方法对企业实施信息化规划。在数字化转型战略制定模块中,结合QSPM分析法与SWOT分析法以及企业信息化规划结果制定企业的数字化转型战略。通过多个数据处理引擎实现企业信息的采集功能,使用Savitzky-Golay去噪算法实施采集数据的去噪处理,完成数据采集与预处理模块的设计。平台的测试结果表明,对于大、中、小型企业来说,在设计平台的帮助下,其利润增长率均达到了惊人的数字,证明平台能够帮助企业成功实现数字化转型。With the vigorous development of various digital technologies,many enterprises have begun to implement their own digital transformation to adapt to the changes of the times.They have designed a digital transformation platform under enterprise information planning to help enterprises carry out enterprise information planning and realize digital transformation.The platform is composed of enterprise information planning module,digital transformation strategy formulation module,data acquisition and preprocessing module.In the enterprise information planning module,the enterprise information planning is implemented based on the DKAOS method.In the digital transformation strategy formulation module,the enterprise's digital transformation strategy is formulated by combining the QSPM analysis method and SWOT analysis method as well as the enterprise informatization planning results.The enterprise information acquisition function is realized through multiple data processing engines,and the data acquisition and pre-processing module is designed by using Savitzky-Golay denoising algorithm to implement the denoising processing of the collected data.The test results of the platform show that for large,medium and small enterprises,with the help of the design platform,their profit growth rate has reached an amazing number,which proves that the platform can help the main enterprises successfully achieve digital transformation.
