摘  要:传统的隧道照明多采用并网的方式进行供电,导致隧道在运维过程中电费占到了约30%,尤其对一些偏远地区架设输电线路将花费更多的成本。为了有效减少隧道的建设与运维成本,设计了基于太阳能发电的隧道照明系统,对系统从硬件电路设计和软件设计进行了说明,硬件电路主要包括控制电路、蓄电池充电电路、单轴跟踪电路和LED驱动电路,软件部分主要对主控制器和从控制器的流程图进行了设计说明。依据设计方案搭建了系统样机,根据从机中LED数量确定了光伏组件功率和蓄电池容量,通过连续7天的运行测试系统性能,验证了系统的可行性和稳定性。使用该系统不仅可以节约隧道运维成本,还能够有效解决偏远山区隧道照明问题,为人们的出行提供便利。Traditional tunnel lighting often uses grid connection for power supply,resulting in electricity bills accounting for about 30%of the tunnel's operation and maintenance process.Especially for some remote areas,installing transmission lines will incur more costs.In order to effectively reduce the construction and operation costs of the tunnel,a tunnel lighting system based on solar power generation was designed.The hardware circuit design and software design of the system were explained.The hardware circuit mainly includes control circuit,battery charging circuit,single axis tracking circuit,and LED driving circuit.The software part mainly explains the main process diagram of the main controller and slave controller.A system prototype was built based on the design scheme,and the photovoltaic module power and battery capacity were determined based on the number of LEDs in the slave.The feasibility and stability of the system were verified through 7 consecutive days of operation testing.The use of this system not only saves tunnel operation and maintenance costs,but also effectively solves the lighting problem of tunnels in remote mountainous areas,providing convenience for people's travel.
