摘　　要：气泡不仅在日常生活中的清洁、医药以及工业生产等领域应用广泛,而且在建筑领域也具有十分重要应用价值。混凝土的搅拌成型过程会产生大量的气泡,气泡数量和尺寸会影响水泥基材料初期的流动性、强度和耐久性。目前气泡测量设备往往较为昂贵,且由于气泡以水作为连续相,相对于其他溶剂作为连续相产生的体系稳定性较差。基于此,本文采用搅拌法与打泡器打泡法分别测试不同含量的表面活性剂以及聚合物产生的气泡体积随时间的变化。结果表明:溶液的起泡性和稳泡性受表面活性剂的浓度影响较大,在同一环境下随浓度增加会产生一个最大值。同时,不同类型的表面活性剂作用效果不同。而在加入聚合物后会产生消泡和增泡两种现象,并且在不同类型的表面活性剂中有着不同的作用效果。Bubbles are not only widely used in the fields of cleaning,medicine and industrial production in daily life,but also have very important application value in the construction field.A large number of bubbles will be generated during the mixing process of concrete.The number and size of bubbles will affect the initial fluidity,strength and durability of cement-based materials.At present,bubble measurement equipment is relatively expensive,and the stability of the system produced by bubbles with water as the continuous phase is poor than other solvents.Based on above,this article used the stirring method and the bubbler method to test the changes in bubble volume generated by different contents of surfactants and polymers over time.The results show that the foaming and foam stability of the solution are greatly affected by the concentration of the surfactant,and a maximum value will be generated with the increase of the concentration under the same conditions,and different types of surfactants have different effects.After adding the polymer,defoaming and foaming will occur,and different types of surfactants have different effects.
