绿色环保建材对建筑工程造价管理的影响分析

摘　　要：文章结合绿色环保建材的健康环保、低碳排放、节能性等诸多特点,重点从项目全生命周期的投资决策、工程建设、运营维护等三个阶段以及项目效益和品牌效应等方面出发,分析了绿色环保建材对建筑工程造价的影响。同时,提出了从全生命周期角度出发测算项目成本、择优选择绿色环保建材、提升绿色建材施工工艺水平、绿色环保建材的规模化应用、综合考虑项目效益和品牌效应等几项应对策略,有助于提升绿色环保建材领域相关造价业务管理水平,推动绿色环保建材的应用。The paper combines the many characteristics of green and environmental protection building materials,such as health and environmental protection,low carbon emission,energy saving.It focuses on the three stages of decision-making stage of investment,project stage,operation and maintenance of the whole life cycle of the project,as well as the project benefits and brand effects,and analyzes the influence of green and environmental protection building materials on the cost of construction projects.At the same time,this paper puts forward several coping strategies:measuring the project cost from the perspective of the whole life cycle,selecting green and environmental protection building materials,improving the construction technology level of green and environmental protection building materials,the large-scale application of green building materials,comprehensively considering the project benefits and brand effects.These strategies will help improve the management level of related cost business in the field of green and environmental protection building materials,and promote the application of green and environmentally friendly building materials.
