摘 要:随着经济的快速发展,产业用地进入了存量时代,城市产业发展面临产业升级转型、原有工业用地利用率低、土地资源不足等多重压力,“工业上楼”举措成为当今城市产业发展的趋势和研究方向。近年来,珠三角地区和国内部分一线城市陆续推出相关政策和实施细则,开启“工业上楼”模式,破解空间难题、提升土地利用效率。本文将针对“工业上楼”建筑电气设计关键要点进行探索和分析,以供设计及相关人员参考。With the rapid development of the economy,industrial land has entered the era of stock,and urban industrial development is facing multiple pressures such as industrial upgrading and transformation,low utilization rate of existing industrial land,and insufficient land resources.The measure of"Industry's Going Upstairs(IGU)"has become the trend and research direction of urban industrial development today.In recent years,the Pearl River Delta region and some first tier cities in China have successively introduced relevant policies and implementation rules,launched the"Industry's Going Upstairs(IGU)"model,solved spatial problems,and improved land use efficiency.This article will explore and analyze the key points of electrical design for"industrial upstairs"buildings for the reference of design and related personnel.
