摘　　要：2021版国家卫生城镇标准中病媒生物控制考核指标由2014版的45条缩减为14条,资料评估为主的条款由37条缩减为4条,现场评估为主的条款由8条调整为10条,评估工作导向更为注重现场评估。从资料缩减,底数溯源;拨冗减负,合二为一;生态为轴,关注重点;综合评估,注重管理4个方面对其修订原则和考核指标特点进行了解读,提出效果保障、标准精简、基层减负是今后方向。The criteria for creating national health cities/towns(2021 edition)has 14 assessment indicators of vector control while 45 indicators of 2014 edition.The indicators about data assessment are 4 items while 37 items of 2014 edition,and the indicators about field assessment are 10 items while 8 items of 2014 edition.The overall assessment pays more attention to field assessment.This paper interprets the principles of this revision and characteristics of assessment indicators which mainly includes four aspects:data reduction and bottom line traceback,burden reduction and mergence,ecological orientation and focus on key areas,comprehensive evaluation and enhanced management.Excellent effect,reduced standards and burden reduction at the community level have become the future development directions.
