江苏常熟口岸首次检出4例输入性疟疾调查与分析

摘　　要：目的 分析江苏常熟口岸首次在外籍留学生入境体检中检出的4例输入性疟疾病例的情况,探讨输入性疟疾的防控策略,提出口岸预防疟疾传播的对策。方法 对4例输入性疟疾病例进行流行病学调查,采用疟疾快速诊断方法(RDT)进行诊断。结果 4例病例均为输入性疟疾病例,患者均来自疟疾疫区,其中3例既往有疟疾病史,经过对症治疗,4例病例均治愈。结论 通过对病例的隔离治疗并及时进行报告和相关处置,有效拦截了疟疾的传入。强化海关境外输入疟疾病例检疫措施落实是防控的基础。Objective To analyze the situation of four imported malaria cases detected during the first physical examination of foreign students at Changshu port in Jiangsu Province, explore the prevention and control strategies for imported malaria and propose strategies for preventing the spread of malaria at ports. Methods An epidemiological investigation was performed for four patients, and the rapid diagnostic test(RDT) used for diagnosis. Results Four patients were all confirmed as imported malaria cases from malaria endemic areas, and three patients had a history of malaria. All patients were cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion After all patients with the isolation and treatment, timely communication and management, the imported transmission has been successfully interrupted. Strengthening the implementation of quarantine measures for malaria cases imported from overseas by customs is the foundation of prevention and control.
