摘  要:目的 了解连云港市不同地区家蝇对常用杀虫剂抗药性情况,为合理选择、使用杀虫剂以及为行政部门决策提供数据支撑。方法 2023年根据《连云港市病媒生物抗药性监测实施方案》,用捕蝇网捕获成蝇,点滴法进行家蝇抗药性测定。采用DPS软件进行统计学分析。结果 海州区、连云区家蝇对敌敌畏表现为敏感,赣榆区、灌云县家蝇对5种杀虫剂均表现为抗性。家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、辛硫磷、呋虫胺最高抗性倍数分别为113.64、18.50、11.17、54.74、11.60。结论 连云港市家蝇防控应限制或者停止使用溴氰菊酯,通过杀虫剂轮换、混用等延缓家蝇抗药性的产生与发展;采用综合防制措施,减少化学药剂使用,加强环境治理,强化抗药性监测。Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in different counties or districts of Lianyungang City, so as to provide data support for rational selection, use of insecticides and decision-making of administrative departments. Methods Based on the Implementation Plan for Monitoring the Resistance of Vector in Lianyungang City, adult flies were captured by using fly nets, and the resistance of Musca domesticato insecticides were determined by using the topical application method in 2023. Data Processing System software was used to statistically analyze the data. Results Musca domestica in Haizhou District and Lianyun District were sensitive to dichlorvos, while Musca domestica in Ganyu District and Guanyun County were resistant to five insecticides. The highest resistance ratios of Musca domestica to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, dichlorvos, phoxim, and dinotefuran were 113.64, 18.50, 11.17, 54.74 and 11.60, respectively. Conclusion The use of deltamethrin for fly control should be restricted or stopped in Lianyungang City. Rotational and combine application of insecticides are prefer to delay the occurrence and development of the fly resistance. Comprehensive control measures should be implemented, chemical insecticides should be reduced, the environmental management and surveillance of insecticide resistance should be strengthened.
