摘  要:为了探究年楚河流域不同季节土壤原生动物优势种及其种间联结性,于2020年5月(春)、8月(夏)和10月(秋)根据年楚河流域地理环境特征进行三次采样,共获得285个土壤样品。采用“非淹没培养皿法”和“活体观察法”对土壤原生动物进行培养与鉴定,共鉴定出土壤原生动物327种,隶属于2门5纲6目7科7属,优势种共8种。三个季节均无绝对优势种(Y>0.1)土壤原生动物出现,大弹跳虫(Halteria grandinel⁃la)和膨胀肾形虫(Colpoda inflata)为三个季节共有优势种。总体生态位重叠程度处于较低水平,种间竞争不强,对于环境资源的利用共性小,群落结构稳定,生态响应速率显示土壤原生动物群落总体处于发展趋势。总体联结性结果显示物种不具有显著(χ^(2)<3.85)关联性,种间联结不紧密,物种之间或者物种与环境之间尚未达到相对的动态平衡,群落物种之间对生态环境资源的利用保持着相互独立状态。To explore the dominant species of soil protozoa and their interspecific associations in different seasons in the Nianchu River Basin,285 soil samples were collected according to the geographical environment characteristics in the Nianchu River Basin three times in May(spring),August(summer)and October(autumn)in 2020.Soil protozoa were cultured and identified by"non-flooded Petri dish"method and"in vivo observation"method,and 327 species of soil protozoa were identified.There are 8 dominant species,belonging to 7 genera,7 families,6 orders,5 classes,and 2 phyla.There is no absolute dominant species(Y>0.1)appeared in the three seasons,and Halteria grandinella and Colpoda inflata are the common dominant species cross the three seasons.The overall niche overlap is at a low level,the inter-specific competition is not strong,the common use of environmental resources for the dominant species is little,the community structure was stable,and the ecological response rate indicates that the soil protozoa community is in a developing trend.The overall association shows that most species pairs are not correlated to a significant level(2<3.85),the interspecific association is not close,the relative dynamic equilibrium between species or between species and the environment have not been reached,and species within a community utilizes ecological resources while maintaining independence from one another.
