清热凉血汤联合围刺治疗银屑病的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析采用清热凉血汤与围刺联合治疗银屑病患者的临床效果。方法:将银屑病患者86例随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用单一清热凉血汤治疗,而观察组在此基础上,加以围刺联合治疗,比较两组各项指标。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组;四项目瘙痒量表、皮肤病生活质量指数、银屑病面积与严重性指数以及中医证候评分,转化生长因子β、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素-23以及白介素-17水平和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用围刺和清热凉血汤对银屑病患者进行联合治疗,可以减轻机体炎症反应,改善症状,提高治疗效果,并且安全性高,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of Qingre Liangxue decoction combined with encircling needling in the treatment of patients with psoriasis.Methods:Eighty-six patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with a single Qingre Liangxue decoction,while the observation group was additionally treated with encircling needling,and the various indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment effectiveness rate was higher,the four-item itch scale,dermatologic quality of life index,psoriasis area and severity index,and Chinese medicine syndrome score,transforming growth factor-β,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-23 and interleukin-17 levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were all lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the combination of Qingre Liangxue decoction and encircling needling for the treatment of psoriasis patients can reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve symptoms and treatment effectiveness and has high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.
