摘 要:深部钻探作为找矿最直接和最有效的验证手段,面临着技术工艺与设备材料的挑战,同时对深孔钻进中的钻孔事故预防与处理措施要求也更高。文章以金川矿区玉石沟某深部钻孔断钻事故为例,对该钻孔事故进行了分析,做出了合理的判断,对该断钻事故制定出了可行的处理措施及后续钻进方案,对确保完成原设计任务,达到钻探目的有重要意义,并且最大化地减小了事故的经济损失。该断钻事故处理难度大、技术要求高,为处理断钻事故,特别是深孔钻进事故提供了重要的经验借鉴。As the most direct and effective verification method for prospecting,deep drilling faces the challenges of technical process and equipment materials,and also requires higher prevention and treatment measures for drlling accidents in deep hole drilling.Taking a deep drilling and drilling accident in Yushigou,Jinchuan mining area as an example,this paper analyzes the drlling accident and makes a reasonable judgment.It has made feasible treatment measures and subsequent drilling plans for the broken drilling accident.It is important to ensure the completion of the original design task and achieve the purpose of drilling,and to minimize the economic loss of the accident.The drill-break accident is difficult to handle and has high technical requirements.It provides important experience for dealing with broken drill accidents,especially deep hole drilling accidents.
