摘  要:以湿法冶炼中制备硫酸镍原料粗氢氧化镍为研究对象,通过对比几种不同类型还原剂对粗氢氧化镍中Ni、Co的浸出效果,筛选高效还原浸出剂-硫酸肼,并考察硫酸肼浓度、初始酸度、搅拌转速及液固比对Ni、Co浸出效果的影响。通过单因素实验法得到粗氢氧化镍浸出最佳工艺条件。在优化条件下Ni和Co的浸出率均达到95%以上。The raw material of nickel hydroxide prepared by wet smelting was taken as the research object.By comparing the leaching effect of several different reducing agents on Ni and Co in crude nickel hydroxide,the high efficiency reduction leaching agent-hydrazine sulfate was screened,and the influence of the concentration of hydrazine sulfate,initial acidity,strring speed and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching effect of Ni and Co was investigated.The optimum conditions for extracting crude nickel hydroxide were obtained by single factor experiment.Under the optimized conditions,the leaching rates of Ni and Co are above 95%.
