大粒径球形氢氧化钴制备关键工艺研究

摘  要:采用络合沉淀法,以硫酸钴为钴源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,氨水为络合剂,水合肼(80%)为还原剂,制备球形氢氧化钴。使用扫描电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪对其进行了形貌和粒度分析。通过实验发现,反应pH值、反应温度、搅拌频率、还原剂和氨的加入量对络合沉淀反应有重要的影响,本文研究上述因素对大粒径球形氢氧化钴制备的影响并进行了理论分析。Large particle size cobalt(II)hydroxide was prepared by complex precipitation method with cobalt sulfate as cobalt source,sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent,ammonia as complexing agent and hydrazine hydrate(80%)as reducing agent.The Scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer were used to analyze its morphology and particle size.It was found that pH value,reaction temperature,agitation speed,the addition of reducing agent and ammonia have important effects on the complexation precipitation reaction,the effects of the above conditions on the preparation of spherical cobalt(II)hydroxide were studied and analyzed theoretically.
