摘 要:二矿区井下各中段泵房及地表沉淀池都需通过人工进行清泥作业,作业量重,难度大且清泥效果差,为提高水仓清泥过程中污泥运输效率,避免造成的二次污染,采用板框式压滤机对污泥进行脱水处理。结果表明:经过压滤后的泥块水分低,无流动性,可以实现直接掉落至矿车提升到地表。实现了污水的高效脱水及运输。The sewage In the second mining area,the pumping room and the surface sedimentation tank in the middle section of the underground need to be cleaned manually,which is heavy,difficult and has poor mud cleaning effect.In order to improve the sludge transport efficiency in the process of water warehouse cleaning mud and avoid secondary pollution,it is proposed to use the plate and frame filter press to dehydrate the coal sludge.The results show that the mud is low in moisture and has no fluidity,and it falls directly to the mine car and is lifted to the surface.It realizes the efficient dewatering and transportation of sewage.
