摘　　要：电石炉炉气净化系统作为电石生产过程中的重要附属设施,主要承担着电石生产尾气的除尘净化、冷却降温工作,其性能好坏直接决定电石尾气质量和整个电石生产系统的安全稳定运行。本文就炉气净化系统中冷却器、布袋除尘器、风机等方面进行研究,并结合实际情况对系统进行优化,进一步稳定电石生产。Calcium carbide furnace gas purification system as an important accessory facility in the calcium carbide produc-tion process,it is mainly responsible for the dust removal,purification,cooling and cooling of calcium carbide production tail gas,and its performance directly determines the quality of calcium carbide tail gas and the safe and stable operation of the entire calcium carbide production system.In this paper,the cooler,bag dust collector and fan in the furnace gas purification system are studied,and the system is optimized according to the actual situation to further stabilize the calcium carbide production.
