摘　　要：目的:探究女性盆腔脏器脱垂的非手术治疗方案。方法:检索文献,归纳女性盆腔脏器脱垂的一般情况、临床症状以及非手术治疗方法。结果:女性盆腔脏器脱垂的非手术治疗主要有生活方式干预、子宫托、现代康复治疗(盆底生物反馈-电刺激、盆底磁刺激、运动训练、盆底筋膜手法等),传统康复治疗(针灸、中药)等。结论:针对女性盆腔脏器脱垂,各类非手术治疗有费用低、不良反应少、无创操作、易于接受等优点,针对女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者需要注重非手术治疗方式的推广。Objective:To explore the non-surgical treatment for pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods:The general situation,clinical symptoms and non-surgical treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse were summarized.Results:The main non-surgical treatment for female pelvic organ prolapse included lifestyle intervention,pessary,modern rehabilitation therapy(pelvic floor electrical stimulation/biofeedback,pelvic floor magnetic stimulation,exercise training,pelvic floor fascia manipulation,etc.),and traditional rehabilitation therapy(acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine,TCM).Conclusion:For POP,non-surgical treatment had advantages of low cost,small adverse reactions,non-invasive operation,easy acceptance,etc.It is necessary to pay attention to the promotion of non-surgical treatment for female pelvic organ prolapse patients.
