摘　　要：目的:探讨母亲患有妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对所生产新生儿血清中维生素A水平的影响。方法:回顾性研究2021年7月至2022年7月期间于本院产科中心产检并分娩的GDM产妇、健康产妇及所生产的新生儿病历资料;其中,GDM产妇100例、健康产妇100例、所生产的新生儿共200例,检测新生儿VA的水平。1)比较两组新生儿和孕妇的基本资料;2)比较两组孕妇VA摄入量对新生儿的影响。结果:1)新生儿VA水平比较:摄入量未达推荐剂量:GDM组低于NC组(P<0.05);摄入量达到推荐剂量:GDM组与NC组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2)孕妇摄入量不同时,新生儿血清VA水平比较:GDM组和NC组随孕母摄量VA的增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论:1)孕妇摄入量未达标时,新生儿VA水平:GDM组<NC组。2)不论孕期妇女是否患有GDM,其摄入量对新生儿VA的水平均有影响,即使血糖控制良好,在摄入量达不到推荐剂量时,仍然影响新生儿VA水平,GDM孕妇要足量补充VA。Objective:To investigate the effect of maternal gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)on serum levels of vitamin A in the neonates born.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in the obstetrics and gynecology center of the Hospital between July 2021 and July 2022 to examine the accouchements of GDM mothers,healthy mothers,and newborns who had been born during the period of delivery,including 100 cases of GDM mothers,100 cases of healthy mothers,and 200 cases of newborns,to determine the level of VA in newborns.1)The basic data of newborns and pregnant women were compared between the two groups;2)the effects of VA intake on newborns in pregnant women were compared.Results:1)Neonatal VA levels compared:intake did not reach the recommended dose:GDM group was lower than NC group(P<0.05);intake reached the recommended dose:no statistical difference was found between GDM group and NC group(P>0.05).2)Intake of pregnant women was not the same,and the neonatal serum VA levels were compared:the GDM and NC groups increased with increasing maternal intake VA(P<0.05).Conclusion:1)Levels of VA in newborns when intake is not met by pregnant women:GDM group<NC group.2)Whether or not a pregnant woman has GDM,its intake has an effect on the water level of neonatal VA,and even if glycemic control is good,it still affects the level of VA in the newborn when the intake does not reach the recommended dose,and pregnant women with GDM require adequate VA supplementation.
