麻杏石甘汤加味联合风热咳喘贴治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8及血小板计数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麻杏石甘汤加味联合风热咳喘贴治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年12月收治的86例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方案的差异将其分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组接受阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受麻杏石甘汤加味联合风热咳喘贴治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间、胸部X线改善时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血小板计数(PLT)低于对照组,转录因子叉头蛋白3(Foxp3)、最大呼气流量(MEF)、达峰容积(VPEF)、潮气量(VT)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加味联合风热咳喘贴可改善支原体肺炎患儿的临床症状、血清学指标及潮气呼吸指标,临床疗效确切,具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Fengre Kechuan paste in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 86 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,the children were divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Fengre Kechuan plaste on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales,chest X-ray improvement time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)and platelet count(PLT)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the forkheadbox protein 3(Foxp3),maximal expiratory flow(MEF),volume at peak tidal expiratory flow(VPEF)and tidal volume(VT)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Fengre Kechuan paste can improve the clinical symptoms,serological indexes and tidal breathing indexes of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,has definite clinical efficacy and high application value.
