摘　　要：目的 探讨逍遥舒坤汤辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果及对炎性因子、盆腔积液的影响。方法 选取2021年2月至2022年12月收治的106例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组接受常规西药方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加逍遥舒坤汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平低于对照组,基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及盆腔积液深度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 逍遥舒坤汤辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果满意,可有效减轻疼痛程度,消除盆腔积液,也能调节机体炎性反应,且不增加不良反应,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoyao Shukun decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influences on inflammatory factors and pelvic effusion.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao Shukun decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-18(IL-18)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and pelvic effusion depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Shukun decoction has satisfactory effect in the adjuvant treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain,eliminate pelvic effusion,regulate the body's inflammatory response,and does not increase adverse reactions.It has promotional value.
