摘　　要：目的 探讨基于微信平台的产前母乳喂养咨询小组结合角色适应性干预对初产妇产后母乳喂养能力及育婴能力的影响。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年12月就诊的100例初产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例,常规护理干预)和观察组(50例,在对照组基础上加基于微信平台的产前母乳喂养咨询小组结合角色适应性干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的理论知识、喂养信心及喂养能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的新生儿抚触、沐浴及脐部护理评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的新生儿身长长于对照组,新生儿体质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的产前母乳喂养咨询小组结合角色适应性干预不仅能够提升初产妇产后母乳喂养能力及育婴能力,还能有效促进新生儿生长发育,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention on postpartum breastfeeding ability and infant-rearing ability of primipara.Methods A total of 100 primiparas from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the primiparas were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,the prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention on the basis of the control group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of theoretical knowledge,feeding confidence and feeding ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of neonatal touch,bath and umbilical care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the neonatal body length of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the neonatal body weight was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prenatal breastfeeding consultation group based on WeChat platform combined with role adaptive intervention can not only improve the postpartum breastfeeding ability and infant-rearing ability of primipara,but also effectively promote the growth and development of newborns,which is worthy of promotion.
