知识生产力赋能新质生产力的一般智力机制研究

摘　　要：马克思在“机器论片段”中提出一般智力范畴,揭示了知识成为现实生产力的过程,预示着科学知识和技术技能日益成为生产力中最重要的因素。在当代,科学技术成为第一生产力化作现实。随着数字技术的出场,知识生产主体的大众化趋势显著,一般智力对象化的载体从机器升级为智能机器,能够更加有效地利用反映于数据海洋的数字化一般智力。知识生产力的剧变推动着物质生产力中劳动者的知识化、劳动资料智能化、劳动对象数据化,并在一般智力对象化的中心逻辑下培育新劳动者、促进科技创新、加速经济转型,进而赋能新质生产力发展。要充分发挥一般智力的正效应,必须推动一般智力普惠化,在体制机制建设的过程中完善现代教育体系、完善知识产权制度、完善现代分配制度。Marx puts forward the category of general intellect in"Fragment on Machines",revealing the process of knowledge becoming real productive forces,indicating that scientific knowledge and technical skills have increasingly become the most important factors in productive forces.In contemporary times,science and technology constitute a primary productive force.With the appearance of digital technology,the knowledge production subject has a significant trend of popularization,and the carrier of general intellect objectification has been upgraded from machine to intelligent machine,which can make more effective use of the digital general intellect reflected in the data ocean.The drastic change of knowledge productive forces promotes the knowledge-intensification of labor,the intellectualization of means of labor,and the datafication of objects of labor,in material productive forces,and cultivates new workers,promotes scientific and technological innovation,and gives birth to the knowledge economy under the central logic of the objectification of general intellect,thus enabling the development of new quality productive forces.In order to give full play to the positive effect of general intellect,we must promote the universality of general intellect,improve the modern education system,perfect the intellectual property system and perfect the modern distribution system in the process of system and mechanism construction.
