摘　　要：Fangzhuang is a residential community with a history of about 40 years,located between the Second Ring Road and Third Ring Road in southeast Beijing.However,as time passes by,this community,once considered the pinnacle of quality living in the city,has begun to encounter challenges related to aging infrastructure and limited access to convenient services.
