摘　　要：At present, digital technologies,such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain and big data,are advancing at an unprecedented pace, spearheading a new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. These technologies are rapidly permeating every facet of social and economic development, profoundly reshaping ways of production and life, as well as governance models, and accelerating the transition of human society toward the digital age.
