摘　　要：本文阐述了针对大型建筑楼宇群的智能化管控,围绕建筑楼宇的运营和管理目标,通过智能化精细化程度、响应效率和管理控制水平为考量,以节能、降本、增效为指标评价的手段,初步形成的一套精准智能化管控指标体系。This article elaborates on the intelligent management and control of large building clusters,focusing on the operational and management goals of buildings.By considering the degree of intelligence refinement,response efficiency,and management control level,and using energy-saving,cost reduction,and efficiency improvement as evaluation indicators,a preliminary set of precise and intelligent management and control indicator system has been formed.
