摘　　要：介绍慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施安宁疗护的意义,归纳应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的安宁疗护需求评估工具,探讨影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者安宁疗护需求的因素及提升策略,旨为今后慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。This paper mainly introduced the significance of implementing palliative care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,summarized the palliative care needs assessment tools applied to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and discussed the factors affecting of patients′palliative care needs and strategies to improve them,aiming to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the future.
