摘　　要：人偏肺病毒(hMPV)是各个年龄段儿童急性呼吸道感染的重要病因,部分免疫功能低下者,可引起重症感染甚至危及生命,需引起高度重视。hMPV感染临床症状与其他呼吸道病毒感染难以区分,完善病原学检测对诊治hMPV感染至关重要,及时识别重症hMPV感染有助于改善预后。目前尚无针对hMPV的特异性抗病毒药物及疫苗,不建议常规使用抗病毒药物治疗,防治hMPV感染还有待进一步研究。Human metapneumovirus(hMPV)is an important cause of acute respiratory infections in children,especially in children with immunocompromised,which can cause severe infection and even lifethreatening.The clinical manifestations of hMPV infection are difficult to distinguish from other respiratory viral infections,and the etiological testing is essential for diagnosis and treatment of hMPV infection.Timely identification of severe hMPV infection is important to improve the prognosis.No specific antiviral drugs and vaccines are available for hMPV.Routine use of antiviral drugs is not recommended.Further research is needed to provide more reliable evidence for the prevention and treatment of hMPV infection.
