摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化的不断加速, 下肢动脉硬化性疾病的发病率持续升高, 带来了沉重的医疗与社会负担。包括抗血栓治疗在内的最佳药物治疗, 是下肢动脉硬化性疾病患者的治疗基石。此外, 越来越多的临床研究表明, 运动治疗不仅显著增加患者无痛行走距离和最大行走距离, 而且能够显著减少不良心血管事件的发生。本文主要综述了下肢动脉硬化性疾病的药物治疗、运动治疗及联合疗法的相关研究进展, 以期为相关临床工作提供参考。With the continuous acceleration of the aging population in China,the incidence of lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD)is steadily rising,leading to heavy medical and social burdens.Optimal medical therapy,including anti-thrombotic treatment,is the cornerstone of treatment for patients with LEAD.In addition,an increasing number of clinical studies indicate that exercise therapy not only significantly increases the pain-free walking distance and maximum walking distance in patients,but also significantly reduces major adverse cardiovascular events.This article mainly reviews the current non-invasive treatments for LEAD,including medical therapy,exercise therapy,and combination therapy,aiming to provide references to relevant clinical practice.
