摘 要:本文研究了基于BIM(建筑信息模型)技术的房屋建筑结构加固设计与施工工艺的优化应用。随着建筑行业的智能化发展,BIM技术在建筑设计、施工与运维中扮演了越来越重要的角色。通过将BIM技术引入结构加固设计,不仅提高了设计的精确性与施工效率,还显著提升了项目的可视化和协调性。本研究结合实际工程案例,探讨了BIM在结构加固中的应用,尤其是其在施工过程中的信息集成与协调管理方面的优势。研究表明,BIM技术的应用不仅减少了设计和施工中的误差,还能有效提升工程质量和效率。This study explores the application and optimization of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the design and construction of building structure reinforcement.With the increasing digitization of the construction industry,BIM technology plays an increasingly important role in design,construction,and operation.By integrating BIM into structural reinforcement design,not only does it improve design accuracy and construction efficiency,but it also significantly enhances project visualization and coordination.This study,combined with real-world engineering cases,discusses the application of BIM in structural reinforcement,particularly its advantages in information integration and coordination during the construction process.The results show that the use of BIM not only reduces errors in design and construction but also effectively improves project quality and efficiency.
