摘  要:换热站的节能优化运行是供热系统智慧化按需供热中不可缺少的一环。本文以负荷预测结果为基础,从供热系统运行调节的基本原理出发,以换热站内运行调控为对象,研究得到换热站节能调控策略,并针对不同项目供热系统特性以及使用特点不同,提出自适应调整策略,形成完整、实用的换热站节能控制方法。在某智慧供热改造项目中对研究成果进行应用,结果表明,在满足室内温度需求的前提下,供热能耗与同等天气条件下原运行模式相比降低12.40%,节能效果良好。The energy-saving and optimized operation of heat exchange stations is an indispensable part of intelligent on-demand heating in heating systems.Based on the load prediction results,this article starts from the basic principles of heating system operation regulation,takes the operation regulation of heat exchange stations as the object,studies the energy-saving regulation strategy of heat exchange stations,and proposes an adaptive regulation strategy for different heating system characteristics and usage characteristics of different projects,forming a complete and practical energysaving control method for heat exchange stations.Applying research results in an intelligent heating renovation project,the results show that,while meeting the indoor temperature requirements,the heating energy consumption is reduced by 12.40%compared to the original operating mode under the same weather conditions,and the energy-saving effects are satisfactory.
