摘 要:建筑行业高能耗引起全社会的广泛关注,由此也推动了建筑行业的绿色转型。现代木结构房屋具有环保节能、能耗低等绿色环保特征,但目前装配式木结构房屋的建造技术还不成熟,还需要对制造技术展开深入研究,不断积累建造技术经验。基于此,本文以某装配式木结构建筑项目为例,详细讨论了装配式木结构房屋制造技术的设计和施工,深度融合BIM模型辅助施工,满足房屋建筑的使用功能,并保证木结构房屋的建造质量。The high energy consumption in the construction industry has attracted widespread attention from the whole society,which has also promoted the green transformation of the construction industry.Modern wooden structure building has the green characteristics of environmental protection,energy conservation,and low energy consumption.However,the construction technology of prefabricated wooden building is not yet mature,and further research is needed on manufacturing technology to continuously accumulate construction experience.Based on this,this article takes a prefabricated wooden structure building project as an example to discuss in detail the design and construction of prefabricated wooden structure building manufacturing technology,deeply integrating BIM models to assist construction,meeting the functional requirements of building construction,and ensuring the construction quality of wooden structure buildings.
