双碳战略视域下高品质绿色低碳建筑建设与改造研究

摘　　要：近几年,受到城市化建设影响,建筑行业得到了快速发展。在双碳战略视域下,建筑建设与改造更加强调高品质、绿色、低碳。这不仅有助于提升人们的生活质量,还有助于人和自然之间的和谐相处。基于此,本文对双碳战略视域下高品质绿色低碳建筑建设与改造进行研究。阐述了双碳战略视域下高品质绿色低碳建筑建设与改造意义,提出了优化绿色建筑信息公开机制和流通机制、积极营造优质的绿色低碳建筑发展环境、积极发展高质量“绿色低碳建筑+”新业态、加强财政和金融对绿色建筑的支持力度这几个策略。希望可以提供给相关人员一些参考。In recent years,affected by the urbanization construction,the construction industry has been rapidly developed.From the perspective of the Dual-Carbon strategy,building construction and transformation put more emphasis on high quality,green and low carbon,which not only helps to improve people’s life quality,but also contributes to the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.Based on this,this paper studies the high quality green and low carbon building construction and renovation in context of Dual-Carbon strategy horizon,expounds the significance of high quality green and low carbon building construction and transformation,and puts forward several strategies such as optimizing Green Building information disclosure mechanism and circulation mechanism,creating high quality green and low carbon building development environment,developing high quality“green and low carbon building+”new forms,strengthening financial supports for Green Building,which could provide some reference to relevant personnel.
