摘 要:探讨生成式人工智能(AIGC)在施工图绘制中的应用与前景,分析其技术发展趋势,并预测其在建筑行业中的潜在影响。通过构建技术评估矩阵,综合考量AIGC的技术优势、挑战、应用范围及研究方向,旨在为建筑行业专业人士提供决策支持。研究指出,AIGC在提高设计效率、优化项目管理及推动行业数字化转型方面具有显著潜力。同时,也强调数据标准化、模型可解释性、法律伦理及用户培训等关键因素在AIGC应用中的重要性。预测AIGC将显著提升工程设计的质量和效率,为建筑行业的创新发展贡献力量。In this paper,the application and prospect of artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)in construction drawing plotting is discussed.The technological development trend is analyzed and the potential impact of such technology on the building industry is forecast.A technological assessment matrix is built to comprehensively evaluate the technical advantages,challenges,application scope,and direction of research of AIGC,aiming to provide decision support for professionals in the building industry.According to the research,AIGC has great potential in improving design efficiency,optimizing project management,and advancing digital transformation of the industry.Meanwhile,it also emphasizes the importance of data standardization,model interpretability,legal ethics,user training,and other key factors to AIGC applications.It is expected that AIGC will considerably improve the quality and efficiency of engineering design and contribute to innovative development of the building industry.
