摘  要:为了解决深海载人潜水器上浮时间长的问题,提出一种基于三维流场的柔性附体减阻方法,选取头发丝作为柔性附体材料,设计一种新型的柔性附体。通过六分量传感器得到减阻性能最优的柔性附体长度以及多姿态工况下的减阻效果,并利用傅里叶变换获得升力功率谱;采用粒子图像测速法拍摄深潜器添加柔性附体前后尾流流场变化,利用傅里叶变换获得漩涡能量谱,并对流场进行本征正交分解(POD)。结果表明:垂直上浮工况下柔性附体减阻效果最佳为7.2%,对应发丝长度为0.1L(L为所选深海载人潜水器的缩比模型长度,L=22cm),在各上浮姿态工况下,减阻效果范围为2.7%~7.2%;添加柔性附体之后,深潜器艏部流场最大湍动能减小了15.8%,舯部减小了14.5%;流场的漩涡结构变得更加复杂,中小型漩涡明显增多,大漩涡被打散,POD主模态流场的非对称性加强,流场无序性增加。研究成果可为三维流场的柔性附体减阻方法研究提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of long surfacing time of deep-sea manned submersible,a flexible appendage drag reduction method based on three-dimensional flow field is proposed,and hair strands are selected as the material of the flexible appendage,and a new type of flexible appendage is designed.The length of the flexible appendage with optimal drag reduction performance and the drag reduction effect under multi-attitude conditions are obtained by six-component sensor,and the lift power spectrum is obtained by Fourier transform.Particle image velocimetry is used to photograph the changes of the wake flow field before and after the addition of the flexible appendage to the submersible,and the vortex energy spectrum is obtained by Fourier transform,and proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)decomposition is performed on the flow field.The results show that the best drag reduction effect of the flexible appendage is 7.2%under the vertical surfacing condition,corresponding to a hairline length of 0.1L(the length of the scaled-down model of the manned deep-sea submersible is L=22 cm),and the drag reduction effect ranges from 2.7%to 7.2%under each surfacing attitude condition.The maximum turbulence kinetic energy of the flow field in the bow section of the submersible is reduced by 15.8%,and that amidships is reduced by 14.5%,after the addition of flexible appendages;the vortex structure of the flow field becomes more complicated,with small and medium-sized vortices obviously increasing,and large vortices being dispersed.The vortex structure of the flow field becomes more complicated,with the number of small and medium-sized vortices obviously increases,the large vortex is dispersed,the asymmetry of the main mode flow field of POD is strengthened,and the disorder of the flow field increases.The research results can provide some references for the drag reduction method of flexible attachment in three-dimensional flow field.
