摘  要:天然气以其绿色清洁的优点,市场需求与日俱增。为了保证液化天然气(LNG)运输船安全运行,分析计算不同工况下的舱室日蒸发率尤为重要。通过Fluent软件研究LNG船液货舱在晃荡状态下的相变蒸发状态,并在LNG舱室蒸发计算中引入了晃荡变量因素。计算结果表明:内壁面过热度与液舱装载率均能大幅影响LNG的蒸发状态,LNG能快速转入稳定蒸发阶段,且蒸发质量流率趋于稳定。研究结果可为相关船舶研发提供参考。With the green and clean benefits of natural gas,the market demand is soaring.In order to ensure the operation’s safety of the liquefied natural gas(LNG)carrier,it is particularly important to analyze and calculate the daily evaporation rate of the LNG cabin under different operating conditions.The LNG phase transition evaporation state of liquid cargo tank on LNG carrier is studied by FLUENT software in the sloshing state.The results show that the degree of superheat between the inner wall and the loading rate of the tank can greatly affect the evaporation state of LNG,which can quickly enter to the stable evaporation stage,and its evaporation mass flow rate tends to be stable in time.The simulation analysis method introduces the sloshing variable factor for the evaporation calculation of LNG cabin,also provides references for related ship research and development.
