摘  要:船舶能效比率是衡量营运能效的关键指标,采用优化算法开展船舶能量管理可有效改善船舶能效比率,从而满足国际海事组织对船舶碳排放管理的要求。通过构建混合动力船舶的柴油机模型、储能装置模型、船舶动力学和碳排放模型,以柴油机转速和电池充放电功率为决策变量,定义航次时间、主机转速、电池电量和功率等约束条件,采用混合复杂形进化算法(SCE-UA),以某船的典型航次为算例,结合船舶性能、运行环境和任务要求,对船舶营运能效开展全局优化分析,使船舶能效比率降低2.17%~5.19%。优化效果相比采用遗传算法能更有效延缓碳强度指标评级的降级,产生较高的经济成效。Ship annual efficiency ratio is a key index to evaluate the operational energy efficiency.There is significant effect to improve ship efficiency ratio by applying optimization algorithm in ship energy management,so as to meet the ship carbon emission management requirement of international maritime organization.The shuffled complex evolution(SCE-UA)algorithm is used to carry out the global optimization of ship operational energy efficiency,combined with ship performance,operating environment,and task requirements in typical voyages of some ships.The results show a reduction in ship annual efficiency ratio of 2.17%~5.19%.Compared with the application of genetic algorithms,the optimization effect by applying SCE-UA is able to effectively delay the downgrade of ship CⅡratings,resulting in higher economic benefits.
